About Me
Dr. Ashli Bottino, PT, DPT
Pelvic Floor & Orthopedic Physical Therapist
I’m Dr. Ashli Bottino—a physical therapist who helps moms feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
Whether you're preparing for birth, navigating recovery after delivery, or months (or years!) postpartum and still not feeling quite right, I’m here to guide you with support, strategy, and science-backed care that actually makes sense for your life.
I specialize in pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapy with a full-body, strength-based approach. That means no cookie-cutter routines or passive treatments—just personalized, one-on-one care that addresses the root of your symptoms and gives you the tools to move forward with confidence.
My background includes a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and Strength & Conditioning from the University of Delaware. I’ve spent the past decade helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love—without leaking, pain, or pressure holding them back.
At Pelvic Power Physical Therapy, I created a space where moms can feel seen, heard, and supported. You deserve more than “just do some kegels” or “it’s normal after having a baby.” You deserve care that honors your strength and your story.
When I’m not in the clinic, I’m likely on the ski slopes, golfing, or hanging with my tuxedo cat, Sammy.
If you’re ready to feel like you again—we’ll start there, and build from the inside out.
I’ve worked with hundreds of women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond—and every story is unique. If you're tired of being told to “just do your Kegels,” you're in the right place. I’d love to learn more about what’s going on with your body and help you feel confident, strong, and in control again.
