About Me
Dr. Ashli Bottino, PT, DPT
Founder/Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
Hi, I’m Ashli Bottino, a pelvic floor physical therapist who helps moms feel strong, supported, and at home in their bodies through every season of motherhood.
Whether you're preparing for birth, healing after delivery, or years postpartum and still not feeling quite like yourself, you deserve care that truly sees you—not just as a patient, but as a whole person.
At Pelvic Power Physical Therapy, I work one-on-one with women to reduce pain, rebuild strength, and restore confidence in how their bodies move, feel, and function. There are no cookie-cutter plans and no “just do some kegels.” I provide personalized care that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with strength and clarity.
This work is deeply personal to me. Inspired by my own mom and the experiences of my closest friends, I saw how many women were left to navigate postpartum recovery without real support. That’s why I created a space where moms can feel heard, cared for, and empowered to take charge of their health—not just for now, but for life.
Because postpartum isn’t the end of your strength. It’s the beginning. And you don’t have to do it alone.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me snowboarding, golfing, or hanging out with my tuxedo cat, Sammy.
Let’s rewrite the story of motherhood—one rep, one breath, one powerful woman at a time.
I’ve worked with hundreds of women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond—and every story is unique. If you're tired of being told to “just do your Kegels,” you're in the right place. I’d love to learn more about what’s going on with your body and help you feel confident, strong, and in control again.
